roof Shader for MagicaVoxel

'Roof'  SDF Brush Shader for MagicaVoxel (since 0.99.5.1) by @ephtracy

This tool has no knobs, everything is controlled only by Gizmo and Axis modes.
Both X and Y give a cross-shaped form, Z - makes a square-based pyramid.
Put the .txt file into ...MagicaVoxel/Shader  folder
